Hanover Crossing

Following the success with The Shoppes at Parma, PREP selected Bowen to convert another enclosed mall to an open-air concept.

The former Hanover Mall will be re-imagined as Hanover Crossing, Restaurants, anchors, a cinema, and outlots will surround community green space. The 600,000 SF project will include renovation of existing tenants/buildings and new construction.
